Within Tuscany, our estate is strategically located, being in the neighborhood of San Gimignano (15 Km), Volterra (30 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km), Firenze (50 Km).

The apartment is a two-roomed 45 square meters ground floor apartment: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 big living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen area and 1 bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin.
